"Love this salon. Aldo is great and always gets my hair looking gorgeous and healthy. I got balayage done at a different salon earlier this year and after a little while my hair was looking really yellow/brassy and drab. I came in to AKA salon and Aldo fixed it up amazingly. "I’ve been going to Aldo for almost ten years now and he never disappoints. From cut to color, he knows how to treat hair. I trust him through the process and he is honest of what will look good with my face shape. Especially with balayage, the highlights blend well and the colors are natural and beautiful. "HORRIBLE. Do not go here. Literally have broken hair from Frank Doil’s extentions. Judith was not good with color and damaged the ends of my hair which needed 2” cut off. They lied on yelp and stated that the stylists reached out to me and I didn’t respond. Inaccurate I posted text screen shots with Frank and Judy gaslighting me, telling me they were professional and that they will not compensate me for the damage they caused to my hair $1800 later. Do not go here unless you want to get random texts from a stylist gaslighting you about your personal career and not owning up to their own mistakes because they are not trained properly. Literally psychotic. They will lie to take your money then not care after about the result. The owners lied about the stylists not having contact from me. It’s all in photos on yelp. I had to block the IG and both stylists because they were spam texting me long random texts not related to my complaint and no resolution. Literally worst experience."
