"Decent place for the services they provide. The ease of booking appointment is great but the only area that needs improvement is the method of communicating if there's a change. Phone call with a voicemail should be a standard business practice to notify of such changes instead of just a call. Arrived to scheduled appointment to find out we had to wait 30 minutes. Not the first time this happens."
"It's a decent place to get your hair cut but the woman working on the day of Tuesday, January 9th 2024 was very rude when I walked in. Instantly asked me if I called ahead. I called a few times I didn't get an answer she said she was doing shampoo. Unfortunately since this is the second time this has happened I probably won't bother coming here again otherwise it's a good spot. Possibly understaffed. Hope you guys keep giving fire cuts though."
