"Hello, I have a son that he's 5 years old and he barley started getting haircuts. Everywhere I took him he would always move around, cry, and make me waste money for a haircut that goes unfinished. Until I heard about pelitos, my friends take there young kids there and they gave me good feedback on it. I took my son, since going to pelitos my son has sat through the whole duration of it. The staff at peliots are ture professionals with wonderful attributes,they understand what every kid is like and they don't get frustrated with them or anything. They take there time and do a good job. The kids feel rewarded afterwards and I don't go back with a crying kid. Would 100% recommend if you have a kid that doesn't sit through haircuts like that."

"First time here I could say during the process of my baby's 1st hair cut was ok. But when I got there two of the employees were busy dying one of each other's hair while me waiting around 15 minutes, and being there the first time I didn't know that you have to request for the certificate of 1st haircut before they start or on the process of there haircut.I ask after they had finished and they said "oh you have to ask for it at first" but in a rude way and I was like "oh I'm sorry I didn't know you have to ask for it first". I do believe as a worker and experience employee you should know if a client is taking their baby to their haircut or actually there first haircut and ask or offer if you would like a certificate for their 1st haircut that would be great customer service I worked in the industry of customer service and that would've been a lack of great customer service. I ended up yes with the certificate and picture only and not his lil hairs that they have cutted, the employee vacuum it as soon as I took my baby off the lil car there were like in a rush to finish each other hair for them to leave because they had closed already and for the price it is expensive paid $32 just to cut with the scissors and his certificate without his hair."
