"Hate to give a low rating - I rarely do so. Customer service was amazing. Hands down. But I payed for a volume set - not classic. The band of the eyelashes should look much darker and fuller than this. You can see in the photo that there’s no thickness. A little disappointed because I didn’t get what I payed for, but I do appreciate the friendly environment. Forgot to mention that, the tape that was used that was placed on my eyebrows, I felt hairs get pulled out and i can most definitely see where the hair was pulled out. That had never happened to me before. Very frustrating. Update: 3 days later and lashes are falling out pretty quickly. Right side is pretty bare compared to left. I most definitely will not return. Bad experience overall. I payed good money + a $15 tip. As you view photos, please keep in mind that this is supposed to be a “Volume” set."
