"Mom has Cancer and went to this place just to shave her hair off on Tuesday 7/25, I was in shock and very upset that she was charged $28 for the hair cut after she told lady about her situation and why her hair was being shaved off. Franchise should be ashamed of themselves for that ! People in need of help should be taken care of no matter what. Very disappointing for this place to do that . I would gladly help anyone out in that situation without CHARGING them . Love MoMs and anyone with cancer , god bless you."

"Went spur of the moment and was lucky enough to get Guadalupe to do my hair cut. She did exactly what I asked for and did it beautifully! I was in and out in 20 minutes. I did not get a shampoo or styling (although she did blow it dry to be sure the cut was right). Guadalupe was very professional, proficient, and kind. Excellent service for only $38. I will definitely go again."

"So today I got a haircut with this woman (I don't know her name) and she was one of the worst stylists I've EVER gotten a haircut by. So pretty much as soon I started getting my haircut, I felt the clippers scratching the lower back of my head, but it stopped after a bit so I ignored it. After like 5 minutes I felt my neck burning so much I knew that she cut me. The whole entire time she tells me to move my head down, left, right, and straight even though I was following her directions. She kept moving my head back into the position she put me in, but obviously she's moving my head with the clippers and she tells me "you gotta keep your head straight so the haircut could be straight." She washed my hair after and cut my hair even more. She took so long for just a simple haircut. She didn't even offer to put gel in my hair. When I got home I noticed how many scratches I had and I was so furious and very disappointed on how she left the back of my head and neck. I will never return to this Fantasic Sam's."
