"Horrible experience! I had a 60 min massage scheduled and arrived on time, was presented with a tour of the amenities and was not told it would impact my massage time. By the time I was sitting waiting for my massage (30 min later), I was told that my tech took the wrong person back and that I could still get my massage if I wanted. I agreed to and proceeded to ask if my time would be impacted and they said, “yes, because you were late”. The spa director was condescending and gave the worse customer service in her failed attempt to remedy the situation. This was my first time here and needless to say the last. Communication is key and they have a lot to learn."
