"Nice staff, but unfortunately not good work. The nail tech put on a set of acrylics, the nails were like potato chips, thin in spots, thick in others. Went back to get fixed the next day. They admitted the nails looked bad. They charged me full price and the second set was not good either. Tried two times. 5 out of ten nails lifted after one week. I haven't had nails lift in decades! NO excuse. Done spending time and money there."

"The woman cut my skin of my pinky and it kept bleeding forever. They didn't honor a groupon over the phone that the owner said was okay, reminded in person, still didn't honor it. The first color of nails was so poorly done it looked like something i could have done myself (I'm horrible painting nails), you could see uneven lines, smudges, gunk under the fake nails, the sanding was uneven so my nails liked bumpy, AND I KEPT BLEEDING. the girl had the nerve to ask me if i have a bleeding problem. No. No i don't. I felt like i was treated like i was a subpar human. I saw a group of Caucasian ladies and Caucasian older women, they were all pampered and cared for, their nails looked great. I was even told to move to another chair because she wanted to help "her customer" there, like i wasn't first? Like i wasn't important? I felt so small, and the service really me feel that way. Please avoid this place."

"They destroyed my nails. After three months my nails are still wrecked and it will probably take a year for them to grow back properly. Go somewhere else where they at least know how not to destroy the natural nailbed."

"Owner makes appointments for her 2 nails techs and double books them and does not inform them of what appointment is for. They wanted to pause my appointment to accommodate another guest who had called in only moments before. Had a Groupon for manicure only, felt pedicure was over priced to make up for the Groupon discount. While doing the manicure with the dremel tool, she got my skin a few times. Not sure she knew how to use it? Didn't seem to have the tools other salons do either. They need more help and more professionalism. Will not be back."
