"I went here for the first time last Sunday. I get dip nails usually, and they didn't have many colors or any examples of what they would look like. I wasn't that into the colors but I went with dark purple for Halloween. Afterwards, I took a shower and a nap and when I woke up my nails were a different color. They went from dark purple to teal blue. I was really unhappy bc my Halloween theme was ruined. I was just going to take them off myself and go to another salon later. Then on Thursday night, I noticed that the nails were chipping. I have never had dip nails chip before, in 5 days no less. So, today (Sunday), I went again and asked for the polish to be removed and a refund. They said that they can fix the chips, but how are you going to redo nails that turned a different color? Then, they said that they can remove the nails and give me a new color for free. I told them that I don't want new nails from them, I want the nails to be removed and a refund. They refused to give me a refund and wouldn't give me a specific explanation why. They asked me why I didn't call them when it happened and made it sound like it was my fault that I can't have a refund.I told them that it shouldn't matter bc it was a different color than what it was when it applied AND that they have already chipped. But they didn't budge. So, I just had them removed for free. After I left they Venmoed me $30; but my original charge was $85 because I got the dip and my bf got his toes done. I think toes are $25, so it's only 50%. So, $60 for color-changing, chipped nails. They would get two stars bc they were really nice to my bf and his nails came out good. But, this whole experience has been ridiculous."

"My 97 year old mother was refused an appointment to have her hair cut and permed although she has patronized Majestic Hair & Nails Spa many times before. Have contacted the Torrance CoC and BBB to file a complaint for age discrimination and elderly abuse."

"The guy who did my pedicure really took his time and didn't skip any steps or rush through the process. Stations are clean and have CoVid barriers. Staff are all wearing masks."

"My first visit was a walkin. Late in the day and they took me! They did not rush, but just made me feel relaxed. It has been wonderful ever since then. I now do gels I now am having my waxing done there. Lovely. Monica"
