"Service is good as far as the speed and customer service, but I have been to this location twice and both times there has been a potential major issue if I didn't catch it. The 1st time, I was upsold on a differential fluid change. Everything seemed well. Service was quick & easy. Luckily after my oil change I went to have my tires changed as well. Otherwise I would never have known that the people at valvoline failed to screw the cap back on and differential fluid was leaking everywhere. I'm not a car guy so I don't know what damage that could've caused if left unattended. The 2nd time, I got only an oil change because I was reluctant to let them do anything more because of the previous experience. Everything seemingly went well again. However, when I got home I realized my front skid plate was hanging off and had been dragging on the ground since I left. In their defense I called and the manager personally came out to my place and secured the skid plate for me with zip ties and scheduled me an appointment for the next day to come in and have it properly screwed back into place. Not sure if it's just my luck or if this location is known for having workers that don't double check things, but those are my experiences with this location. They're 2/2 on mess-ups with me so far. I'll give em one more chance simply because of the convenience."

"LET THE WOMEN DO THE WORK! This was my first time at a Valvoline location and I never thought I could have fun getting my oil changed! It was really rad seeing two badass chicks (Marilyn & Jupiter) working on the car. Gotta give my shout-out to Shelby as well for doing all the undercarriage work too! They are pros at what they do and you see, hear, and feel it in the work that's being done. They run that place so smoothly, it's like a well oiled machine. It was cool getting to sit in my car and see what they we're doing. I love the concept of having the work done under (props to Shelby for being down there), rather than your car being lifted in the air. I got there around 620 and was out of there with my oil, transmission fluid, and back break light changed in 25 minutes AND with a full vehicle inspection. Their prices are very reasonable and I think I've found my go to place for my cars needs. Thank you again to Marilyn, Jupiter, and Shelby for all their hard work. I'll be back soon for sure!"

"$131.39 for a standard oil change and tire rotation on a Prius Prime. Service was okay. It felt like the staff were just barking orders at me the entire time I was there. For the price I didn’t think I’d have to do work. It took about 20 minutes. They didn’t make me feel welcome, and my dealer can do the same exact service for $75, so I’ll probably just go there from now on."
