Now that I've given credit where credit is due, here's how I feel about star rating systems (YELP!, Google and the others): I don’t trust any posting or star rating system because there is no way to determine if a naysayer is 1] honest and accurate vs 2] honest yet misinformed vs 3] dishonest and ill-intentioned ( including competitors or someone with a personal vendetta ) vs 4] delusional as to the reality of the subject matter and/or their own importance to influence others through a posting. Of course, these criteria apply to those with positive reviews (like mine!!) also. However, pissy negativity tends to waft from chronic online complainers. For those who actually wish to save us from a bad shopping experience...…thank you for your input and excuse any unintended affront."
