"Way too expensive for a really bad manicure. The pedicure is OK. The polish is too thick so it looks a little weird, but OK. The manicure though? Bubbles on the polish and then the polish was old and too thick so it wrinkled up. Yes I waited 15 minutes before I left. Yes I know how to hold my nails so they don’t run into things while they dry. It didn’t matter. They were closed the following two days so I couldn’t get there to say, please redo this. I will never ever go back. $61 for a mani pedi! Insane. I should’ve left when I asked the price. I thought it would be a great mani pedi. Wrong wrong wrong."

"I did not enjoy my experience here. The positive part was that everyone was genuinely very nice and obviously meant well. Booking was easy, tea was offered, and friendly conversation was had. I got a gel X fill with chrome and it took (no exaggeration) 2 hours and 45 minutes. I paid for 2 hour parking because everywhere else I've gone, it NEVER takes longer than 1 1/2 hours. I tried to tell them I needed to move my car but my technician said I couldn't because it would ruin my nails. Someone did offer to put money in the meter or move my car, but the meter required me to find a new spot and I didn't feel comfortable with that, so I just accepted that I might get a ticket. My technician seemed confused about how to do the chrome technique, asking other people and fumbling with the different tools and bottles. By the time we finally got to the gel, I noticed that she only did one coat so I asked for a second coat (it always chips with one) but this led to an awkward argument between the technician and manager, partly due to the language barrier. I was about to just say "f it" and leave because it had already been so long, but my tech insisted she do another coat once she understood what I was asking for. Everything was about to be finished and she noticed that on one finger, a portion of the chrome had rubbed off. Although I was so ready to leave, she insisted on fixing it. I had to move my car to avoid leaving it in the expired spot any longer, came back, and she fixed the nail. When I went to pay, it was $110 before tip and I was shocked. I have never paid more than $80 for this exact service. I asked for the breakdown and realized that I was being charged for cuticle removal (which I didn't ask for), cut and shape (which is usually included in the fee of the fill), and $25 extra for chrome (it's $15 everywhere else). I was told the reason it took so long was because she is a perfectionist, but when I got home, I realized that my nails are bumpy, they have multiple areas where the chrome didn't stick, and a few fingers had cuts due to the cuticle removal. Already wanting to take these off and start over somewhere new. Again, everyone was so nice and maybe my tech was new, but it was just a really bad experience. I fully understand that this is such a privileged problem to have, but I thought it might be helpful for people wanting gel x, chrome, decent prices, and efficient service - it's not the place."

I'm sure they all are at the salon but I can only speak about my experience with her. She did EXACTLY what I wanted!!! And my pedicure came out perfect!!! I love love love it!!"

"I just moved to the neighborhood and discovered this gorgeous nail salon! Owned by two sisters who are super sweet and also talented as they designed the whole interior! My manicurist did an excellent job and was very friendly. Everything was very clean and they had many covid precautions in place like masks, sanitizing, and plexiglass shields. Can't wait to come back!"
