"This is an exceptionally poorly run pharmacy. Appointments for covid shots are administered an hour after scheduled appointment time. Personal information is shouted and personnel manage to offend each person in a long line of people, more than once. Running behind and rude to boot. Please learn some manners and patient care. Please don’t over schedule and leave people waiting. Avoid this location."

"This is my favorite Walgreens on the Peninsula! It's clean & well organized and managed. Their manager Ashok does an amazing job. All customer associates are friendly, and they'll go out of their way to help you."

"Worst Walgreens ever in the entire US! Workers here are very rude! Starting with cashier all the way to the manager! Maverick! Filipino people are typically nice people but not the workers here who are mostly Filipinas. I was in line one time and I overheard an exchange between a store associate with a customer regarding the photo section of the store. The customer wanted to upload some photos to Walgreens photo machine but couldn’t really find the phone cable to do the photo transfer and he asked the store associate saying “I’m not really a tech guy, can you help me?” And the store associate says to him, I’m not really a tech girl either! Extremely rude for her to say that rather she could just say… no worries, I’ll help you! This Walgreens is a he worst! Don’t go here! There’s a better one you can go to which is just 5 minutes away from this one!! Walgreens should just shut down this store because they don’t even know how to be professional and workers here seem to not even wanna work but just show up and get paid! RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!"

"Customer service sucks. The staff are rude and not helpful. I went to take passport pic and the person on photo section told me that she’s going to call her college to come and take the pic, then literally 2 seconds later without even paging anyone she told me “oh my college just told me the “machine” is not working! I don’t know if she meant a 3D printer by “machine” or what, but she looking into July eyes and giving me B.S excuse was an insult to my intelligence!"

"Just when I thought that my local Walgreen couldn't possibly sink any lower in terms of totally disgusting customer service, I bought a loaf of STALE BREAD that cost almost $ 4.00. If I didn't need them for their Photo Department I would be avoiding them like the plague."
