"Bought an authentic soccer jersey from them, unfortunately it arrived and i noticed a hole in it. Contacted their store number and they told me to call the customer service number, where nobody ever answers. Tried emailing too, no response. Terrible customer service."

"One of the worst customer service experiences that i have ever had. They sent me a package via the wrong shipping company (I paid for USPS shipping but they chose to use UPS probably because they are cheaper to send to Canada than USPS, so it seems like they were trying to make money off of my shipping fee). I contacted them about the issue and was promised a refund for the taxes/handling fees that UPS charge as long as I accepted the package and paid for the taxes/handling fees out of my own pocket. Which I did, I then sent them the receipt for how much I am owed but since then I have heard nothing and they are ignoring my emails. Bad business practices going on at this place. THEY SCREWED UP MY ORDER AND ARE DOING NOTHING TO REMEDY THE SITUATION. Be wary when ordering from them."
