"No Stars would be preferred! I was in California visiting and saw some beautiful pieces in a shop. Went in with a friend and the two of us ordered pieces. When we received them 3 MONTHS LATER, they were poor quality and not the fabric we ordered. I never was informed of the return policy and returned the dress only to receive rude emails stating that my money would not be refunded. Couture is NOT what I would call this at all! Out $1000! Horrible experience."
