"Do not ever buy shoes online with J Crew Factory. You cannot exchange or return them. Their sizes are not true to size so even if you order your true size you will get shoes that don’t fit. Suede is bad quality it stretches after several hours of wear and if you have even stepped outside ounce they are not returnable. The worst customer relations I have ever dealt with. Offered NO options, NO solutions other than buying another pair!!!! Do not ever shop for shoes there. Extremely disappointing ."
