"This guy is horrible. Rude on the phone. Worse in person. Seems aggravated right from the start no matter what you ask him; just as other reviews have stated. I can’t imagine how this guy stays in business. I remember going there 10 years ago for a shoe repair and having the worst experience. I vowed to never go back. Went there recently to inquire about service and was greeted with his unhelpful, somewhat distressed, and angry response. I felt uncomfortable and felt that he didn’t care whether he got the business or not. I don’t think people like him should be the representative of the small business in Petaluma. I believe it’s sad that this is our only choice in town. I wish one of the big box stores would provide this service so at least they would try to offer some customer service. I never leave reviews but thought it was important to let the public know what my experience was given that it was so unprofessional."

"Ripped off! 1st time went into drop off boots for resoling said $28. Cash only, didn't have, came back after holiday. Charged $78!!!!!!! And polished my navy leather boots black! So much for supporting local. So bummed!"

"I have been going to him for many years. Have had my shoes resoled, Heels replaced. New Vibram soul put on work boots. Leather jackets repaired. Zippers replaced. He has always done excellent work for me. Not sure why there are negative comments. I have been going to him for at least 8 to 10 years now or maybe longer and everything that I have repaired has lasted and been well done. Thanks for the years of great service Keeping my leather jackets and shoes in great shape."

"This Fast Repair is the WORST!! I mean the WORST of the WORST BUSINESS IN TOWN!!! If I there is a NEGATIVE ZERO to rate this place and the owner I would have!! I actually should have called a Police on him! But I said KARMA WILL GET HIM! I just want my LV leather pull tag to be re-applied which he said he can easily repair it, then he convinced me to have my LV re-conditioned which I though was just polishing all leathers, but when I picked It up today, which by the way was a week late this is what I got! CRACKED HANDLES!!! All he can say was “I DINT HAVE NOTHING” PEOPLE TAKE MY WORD PLEASE BC I DONT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE… DO NOT… I MEAN DO NOT HAVE THIS MAN FIX ANYTHING BC HE IS GOING TO RUIN THEM INSTEAD!!!! I CALED HIM AGAIN HE JUST HANG UP ON ME!!! SO PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! LESSON LEARNED!!!"
