"Don't shop at this store. VERY poor customer service. VERY bad attitude in general. I bought a flannel shirt 10/21 from a lovely, professional saleslady, who unfortunately forgot to remove the security device. I returned to the store today 10/24 at 2:30pm with the shirt and receipt in the original store bag. I politely explained that the security device was not removed when I purchased it. But it was a different saleslady at the register, and she was nothing but rude. I was treated like a criminal. She made no apologies for my inconvenience, she demanded my receipt, and then she demanded the product tags (which I had already removed) and glared at me when didn't have them. She reluctantly removed the security device, then wadded up my shirt and handed it back to me."

"The service was amazing. We arrived upon opening of the outlets. Meagan at Aeropostale was the first gal who intercepted us. She not only guided us in the direction of sales, she's an incredible personal stylist. She builds your confidence while trying on new shapes and sizes. Both my husband and I enjoyed our experience and already discussing returning. If your near or plan to shop at Aero soon, they are working a jeans drive. Donate y'all!"

"Very rude manager. Racist to Asians. No manners and does not how to talk to customers. I will not reccomend this store. Manager of the store is the one causing chaos in the store. She should be fired. I could have bought over 100$ worth of clothes but cancel due to her attitude."
