"Horrible customer service trying to return an iten then was told it wasnt on the reciept except the rest of the items i had and had bought that day were then was offerd a $16 store credit on an item i paid $70. Dollars for and accused of shoplifting by one of the employees oh and also had security called on me when i sugjested they check the cameras"

"Well, I went in to the store 2 different times right before Christmas and spent all together around 600$. I am exercising and getting in better and better shape so I bought 31 30s thinking that would be right. Well I guess I'm a little smaller so I wanted to take them and exchange them for a smaller size. I went in one day and exchanged one pair with no problem. I didn't have all of them with me that day or I would have done them all that day. So I go in yesterday with 2 pair of pants and a jacket I bought that the sleeve had already came apart from 2 times of wearing it. Garbage. Anyway, when I find my 2 new pair of pants to exchange, she returns my money and then rings the new pants up that were on sale when I bought them. Now they are not on sale and she was trying to charge me 25 dollars more per pair. I came to exchange them, not but new ones. I got my money back and will never go back. They should have honored the sale price and exchanged, but they didn't. If they had have just changed them they would still have a customer but not now. You suck Hilfiger store!!!"
