"Aprilia tuono. My experience was beyond fantastic, I felt very comfortable with the prices and services provided. Coolant service, suspension service and adjustment, throttle body, brake fluid changes and calipers serviced. They test rode the bike and gave me information on the age of my tires. I will always come here first, they made a very loyal customer. Communication was great and even followed up a week after I picked it back up. Best experience yet with a mechanic, motorcycle or car."

"I normally get my suspension work done by Catalyst Reaction but they recently moved to the east bay so I decided to give the S shop a try. I had them rebuild my shock on my 2021 KTM 890 Duke R which I bought brand new. As you can see from the pics, they scratched up the joint where the shock connects, on both sides. These are not superficial scratches--you can feel the deep grooves in the metal. There are also scratches in the shock itself exposing the metal under the paint. When I went back to talk to them about it, the guy said all he did was wipe off the dirt. I'm never bringing any of my bikes here again. UPDATE (4/14/2023): The S Shop sanded down and repainted the damaged parts. It's not an exact match, but looks much better than the scratches and will at least protect from corrosion. Also, they seemed apologetic when I picked up the bike his time--they accepted their mistake. When I combine this with the shock work (which seems to be working well) I have raised my original score to three stars."

I called for a quote and Q answered honestly that they would be a bit busy for the week and I should bring my bike back on a specific day, I am super glad he told me that because I have had experiences where shops would hold my bike hostage for months when I could have been riding it! When I did bring it in, they had the work done by the very next day! He took a look at other things on my bike making everything solid and safe to ride. My motorcycle is my only form of transportation in the city, so I am thankful for the amazing suspension work and the timeliness of it. I will definitely be coming by again to get some other things done."
