"The ambience is modern and clean. But, the service for 2.5 year old is disappointing.The staff working on 1/15/24 around 5:00 pm need to learn how to be gentle and patient with toddlers. Definitely not a place for young kids. The staff who was serving my son was very blunt, rough and rude. I literally have to tell her that would you please be little courtesy and patience with my son. You need to talk and should be welcoming to young kids. First of all, as soon as my son sat with me. I was capped right away but he was not . I asked her to use cape on him. Did not happen. She just ignored than I requested again will u please use my own towel the one I got from home for him. She used my towel. Then, she quickly jumped with her razor to his head. He started crying. Soon she called her coworker to work on my son. I interrupted again and said would u be calm and kind. Give at least 30-40 secs to settle down. But, she keeps on going with her haste and aggressive service. She says I do fast as he is crying . Well this experience at great clips is miserable. This was my first and the last visit at Tracy, Ca great clips:( Definitely not for young kids . Staff is not friendly at all . Very rude and rough.:(((("
"Please don’t go to this salon , one of the guy he cut my hair so bad, he doesn’t know how to cut hair, he was sleep during cut my hair. His name is Chris. Specially don’t go with him , I had say medium fade on my side and trim to the top number 6 or 7. He did too short and he doesn’t pay attention to his job. I came and handsome and I love ugly."
