"Horrible….horrible. $50 for ugly nails. I tried to give them another chance and they have failed. Tony is a good person to go get your nails done here. He was occupied so I went with someone else. This place is never consistent. You have to get a few ugly sets here before finding out who does them good and who’s gonna make you waste your money. They need to better train their staff to be consistent. If they are still learning then they should be charging cheaper. Honestly people, just go to someone who does nails at home. You have a higher chance of them coming out cute. Especially because you can’t see their page before hand and know if they are good or not."

"My last visit here was just terrible. Julie literally ripped off my gel manicure and barely used a drill. When I said that was hurting my nails and to be more gentle, she shook her head and either moved onto another nail or kept ripping off the gel. After she put on a coat of regular nail polish, I noticed all my nails were different lengths and shapes. Some even had the gel underneath still. The lady at the front who manages the appointments was so rude when I let her know what happened and didn't offer to fix the problem."

"The place is big with a lot of employees, so there was no wait time. We got manicures and pedicures, and the experience was underwhelming. The lady helping me was polite and did a decent job. I didn’t like that my nails weren’t cut evenly or filed smooth. The lady helping my daughter wasn’t really pleasant and was constantly on her phone. She dismissed whatever she asked her to do and wasn’t happy we won’t upgrade to a more expensive service."

"The kids and I got pedicures (I upgraded to a luxury lavender with gel polish and a design) before I start chemo tomorrow. I loved the experience and my technician went above and beyond for my ticklish feet and a toe that kept jumping uncontrollably while he was trying to do my design. Highly recommend!"

"This is a great salon. From Customer service to covid protocols to the nail service. The employees are so polite to their customers. I've never had a problem making an appointment and the nail techs are super attentive to detail and make sure to ask exactly what it is that you want (length, shape, design etc). My nails always come out great."
