"Do not go here if you have curly hair! The stylist (Iota or something like that) made several rude comments about the condition of my hair (damaged, although my hair is not damaged) even though I did not ask for her opinion (I mentioned that I did not want to wash my hair because I had just dyed it, she took that and used it as ammunition to tell me that my hair was really damaged or maybe to sell her products, who knows!) I have curly hair, which means that when you brush it, the curls break and lose their shape. It just shows that they don't know how to work with anything other than flat ironed straight hair."

"Worse haircut ever. Not sure about the name of barber (long hair, not very good in English, Hispanic). During shampoo, waters splashing on my face nonstop and she didn’t even give me a towel afterwards to wipe up. I just wanted a simple men’s fade cut. Showed her a picture and she didn’t ask any questions. Ended up nothing like it. I probably could do a better job than her with my shaver."
