Quiet and clean, five star customer service, staff interacts as much/little as you like and is respectful of ambiance. They took the time to do everything right. I was there for about 2.5 hours for pedi and French shellac/gel mani. Nancy did my pedicure. Did a great job! Would recommend. Tina did my French manicure, shellac. She did a great job! She even fixed a short nail to match the rest. Michelle rang me up and I asked about making one thumb nail a little shorter because I kept tapping my phone with it. She reshaped and reworked the French to look perfect! I tried to tip her but she wouldn't take it. Cash, Credit card, or zelle to pay; cash is best for tipping (there wasn't a place to tip on the credit card receipt). 2 week Update: My gel manicure started chipping after only 2 days; and they barely lasted 10 days before the gel manicure started lifting from the edges. I can't recommend Tina for manicures. My gel manicures usually last at least 2 weeks. But my pedi by Nancy still looks amazing and has held up great even though it's only regular polish."

"I went to Bollinger nail salon for the first time today. I had a fabulous experience and the lady who did my French polish on my toes was very meticulous. I wish I thought to get her name but I was talking with my friend the entire time. I would rate them higher except that my friend who went with me had a pretty bad experience. The lady seemed rushed much of the time. Some nails needed to be touched up and fixed before we left, even though my friend hadn't touched it. That happens, so we didn't think much of it at the time. However, the polish got so messed up later that at lunch we found it literally had gone everywhere - all over the sides and bottoms of both her feet, even some on her hand somehow! We were flabbergasted as the toes looked good before she left and she was extremely careful. This has never happened before at any salon to either of us. We couldn't figure out how or why this would even happen! She went home to take all the polish off herself and found some wax residue was left from the paraffin treatment. Maybe that could explain why the polish seemed dry at the salon, but slid everywhere later!? What an experience. I would go again as I had a wonderful relaxing time, however I would pay close attention if anything seems off or feels weird during the appointment and speak up if so."

If you are looking to get acrylics done go to Tina! Tina is professional and always meets my expectations! She makes sure you are happy through every part of the process and fixes anything you do not like. Tell her exactly what you want and she will always get it right! Bollinger Nails, overall, is a nice and cleanly nail salon and will always fix your nails if something goes wrong. Could not be happier with how my nails come out each time! "My mother and I called last minute and we were both able to do Mani Pedis together for mother's day. I haven't been in 10 years and I'm pregnant with my second. The legs massage was AMAZING to say the least and I will be going back for sure!"
