"Always clean and thoroughly professional place . I normally get my threading and waxing done ...facials every 2-3 months and occasionally face bleach. They use quality products and the best part is that I always find this place to be very clean. The staff is well behaved and knows their job."

"I have been going to PT salon for threading and waxing for few years now. They have never disappointed me in their services. Staff is very welcoming and always very accommodating. Simran the owner, Dimpi and Kiran all are super nice!! I also tried the hair stylist Homaira for the first time there and I’m so excited and super happy with my hair cut and color. She is amazing!! I don’t know why it took me 5 years to finally go to her. I wish I went to her sooner!!"

"WORST experience! I was 3 minutes late for my appointment. The ladies, Kiran and Dimpi, work at PT salon INSULTED me. First, they taunted me over and over in front of the other customer for being late. Then, she asked me to wait for another 10 minutes and because I was in rush so I was like it’s okay if they were busy, I’ll come some other time. I apologized for being 3 minutes late. She was like “no no we’ll take care of you” and she asked the other lady named Kiran to do my eyebrows who was SUPER RUDE and EGOISTIC. When she came to me, I thanked her for taking me but she didn’t even bother to respond me back and showed me attitude. Then once she’s done with my eyebrows instead of asking ME if my eyebrows are fine, she literally called the other and egotistically said “I’m done, now ask her (me) if her eyebrows are fine and now you take care of her I’m done”. And then she walked out. Advice: if the customer is late for some genuine reasons, rather than harassing them or insulting them please cancel/reschedule the appointment."

"I came here to get facial. The place is really clean and the staff are kind. The massage was wonderful, It felt very good and I felt good after. But, when I looked in the mirror I found red blotches on my face and a couple of pimples that weren’t there before. I am 14 and I got the teen facial. Other than this the facial was really relaxing and the place is good."

"Ruined my eyebrow. First she left eyebrow uneven and when I asked to remove some hair she had left making it out of shape she remove my Brow angle. And gave very rude response when I said she was not supposed to remove my brow angle. She responded that’s how she would do and turns out that she heard opposite of what I told her. There was music playing in salon but on top she had one podcast or radio playing on her phone playing very negative story about black magic. So you know the vibe and experience. She was not paying any attention to her work and reached out to her phone 2-3 time while doing eyebrow. Never going to visit again."
