"I came in for a dip manicure because my usual nail spa was booked and I had an event. I just wanted simple and natural. But ended up with broken damaged nails. When I arrived instead of removing the dip by soaking them or at least using the drill, she used an acrylic nail to PRY the dip from my nails. She continued even when I said it hurt! Well as she was literally ripping the dip from my nails she completely broke my natural nail to the base. I had spent months trying to grow my nails... I then asked to cut them all since it was so luch shorter and the rest were all chewed up but she insisted she could fix it with the dip. She cut the rest a little bit. I ended up with very thick dip on that finger. The rest of the dip was also much thicker than I'm used to. It wasn't until the manicure was over that she said "next time I will soak them off" when that's what should have been done in the first place so my natural nail wouldn't have been ripped off in the first place... I couldn't beleive it. I wouldn't go here even for something simple. Also, even after breaking my nail off the kept pushing for me to get a pedicure even though I said no several times."
