"Although we didn’t make it to the salon, this review has to do with customer service. We had an appointment and were in the middle of a toddler meltdown, so I called to let them know we won’t be able to make it. The response was ‘I wish you let us know sooner so someone else could take the appointment.’ Hang up. I’d think as a kid’s salon, the staff would understand and accommodate vs hanging up without even having a conversation."

"Very bad bad place to go, please don’t take your kids to this place, it’s very expensive $40 for a kid hair cut it does not worth it. The lady is very rude, we had a very bad experience, all the place is messy they don’t even broom the hair from the floor. Please go somewhere else this place is not good the lady does not have the patience to do it. If you can go somewhere else take your kids to another place.the lady didn’t want to give us her name we ask her name and she just said “I don’t have a name “ but we went on Saturday December 2nd 2023 at 4pm and it was the only lady there please manager you should do something about it very bad and rude service"

"Our child hates haircuts all the time. It is refreshing to walk in to a salon where the professionals know what they do. There's a lot of crying in the beginning but with some prodding about being a big boy, lollipop bribes and instructions for parents (parents please don't look at your kid, more tantrums if that happens !) we get a nice haircut in the end!! Highly recommend. There is a play area upstairs which is a plus."

"This is the best place I've gone to for my son's haircuts. My child is special needs, and has had a tendency to scream during sitting situations. And haircut time was the hardest thing with him screaming and thrashing all about. Regardless of that, this place still took the time, and did a great job! Time has passed since we originally started going, and now my son loves it there. Definitely worth it!"
