"I have cut my hair with this salon many years ago they used to have a bigger store. I took my mom to a perm. And not only they didn't perm the hair to big wavy style they burned my mom hair completely. They gave me a discount becoz they admitted it didn't work out. So we left. But then when we get home my mom washed her hair a lot of hair started to fall off it's completely burned it's scary. Do not recommend. Even with hair colored perm shouldn't be damaging hair like this"

"Before I start, I wanted to mention that my hair is a freaking monster. I've had stylists say that my hair simply "doesn't listen." And that's honestly true! I'm half Japanese. I would say that my hair is something between straight and curly. Most of the time, it does whatever it wants on any given day and I've given up on trying to make it look a certain way. That said, I went here and, wow, my hair is actually listening this time! Rio did an amazing job with my hair. I only got the haircut this time, but they provide a little mini massage when washing your hair before the cut. It felt so nice, I think I'll go for the head spa treatment next time I need a cut. The prices are so reasonable and the service was totally worth it!"

"The stylist was not as good as last time. There were customers right before and after me. The service should take one hour but it was only 35mins. Apparently he was overbooked. The cutting was quite sloppy, so was the hair washing. Disappointed."
