We had a thorough consultation to make sure we were on the same page before she transformed my hair. Brooke is so kind and talented at what she does and I was very happy leaving with my new hair. She took her time with my hair and explained the process as it was happening. Brooke gave me the blonde I always ask for but never get and I’m so grateful!"

"While I enjoyed sitting in Brooke’s chair and the end result of my hair color (full highlights) was okay, the overall experience was a letdown. To start with, I was slapped with an unexpected $150 extra charge without any prior notice. This was unacceptable and I wouldn't have chosen to go with it had I known in advance. She offered to do a balayage with the highlights and I said no and I was clear that I do not want to pay extra. Additionally, the repeated comments about my "coarse and too thick" hair were unprofessional and left me uncomfortable. Moreover, despite the decent hair color outcome, my hair still have lots of grey hair and some spots in the back look darker. To add insult to injury, I sought opinions from other salons in WC before writing my review and it was made abundantly clear that I had been overcharged."

"Brooke is the BEST! I've been to her twice now for highlights, Balayage, and toner, and she creates pure magic with my hair. I appreciate how she always asks specific hair-related questions to make sure we're both on the same page and happy with the results. Brooke is a true artist, and I highly recommend her work! She gave my hair so much depth and dimension. She is also the sweetest human, and I enjoy our chats! Her salon space is also really cute with mirrors and a big comfy arm chair. There is plenty of street parking and also a parking garage nearby on Locust Street. Already looking forward to my next visit."
