"Do NOT go here! They completely fried my hair and lied about the prices for the services. Online, it said it cost $250 for full highlights. They bleached my entire hair blonde, despite my request for brown highlights. After 6 hours of fixing it, they charged an extra $50 for lowlights, $80 for not trimming even an inch, and $30 for the second toner, and sent me home with wet hair! That said, they never even mentioned any of these additional charges throughout the whole process. Now my hair is half of what it used to be and I was charged $425 instead of the $250 I was expecting. Charging $425 for hair is outrageous for such a subtle change that I asked for. Not only that but my hair is fried off. I tried to contact Tiffany Cozzolino and she left me on read any time I tried to reason with her. Not to mention the lady who did my hair was a girl in cosmetology school. Again don’t go here."
