"I got my hair dyed on 6/24/23 by Alex. I was supposed to get a balayage, but he ended up doing highlights. It looks terrible. It is streaky and the colors aren’t blended right. He was also supposed to cut it, but he barely cut it. I went somewhere else to have them fix the cut, and the stylist told me I still had dead ends and asked me if my stylist was “seasoned” or not since she said it looks like someone with no experience did my hair. I didn’t reach out to the original salon because how do you fix a bad hair dye job?!? Also, you know your hair is horrible when nobody comments on it… also it took 5 hours when I was told 3 hours. I feel like the cut was awful because the “balayage” took longer than it was supposed to. It was my first time getting my hair dyed and the stylist knew that… don’t get your hair dyed here. Also for being “high end” their amenities suck, Nespresso and airplane cookies… To be fair, the owner does a good job cutting men’s hair."

"Aric is the best with curls! He has curly hair himself and knows how to make a curly girl feel like her best. As a stylist, he is in high demand so I'm happy he has found a spot at Glyph. Cannot recommend enough."

"Sebastien is the best hair stylist there is, period. Everyone who goes to him looks fantastic when they walk out of the salon. I live about 12 miles away, but it's worth it to go to SF to see him. The salon is very nice, with a clean contemporary look. The brushes that he uses for each client are newly cleaned brushes, wrapped up, which I have never seen in another salon. I can't say enough about the salon and Sebastien."
