"My visit here left me with a bit of mixed feelings, to be honest. On the one hand, the haircut itself was pretty decent. But, on the other hand, there were a few aspects that didn't quite sit well with me. Firstly, you have to pay for the services upfront, which caught me off guard because not everyone does that. There is a strict 72-hour notice policy for appointment changes, or you risk losing your deposit. This policy is not very flexible, so it's something you should be aware of in advance. While I was getting my haircut, the stylist spent most of the time talking about himself and the famous people he had worked with. It's always a red flag when someone talks more about their achievements instead of demonstrating their skills. It honestly came across as arrogant and narcissistic. Overall, I would describe the haircut as average, not exceptional. The customer experience, however, could benefit from some refinement."

His attention to details is unmatched - I actually have never left the salon with any small hair on my face or clothes after a haircut - he is that good. I showed him exactly what kind of cut I wanted and he delivered perfectly. He even gave me tips on how to upkeep my hairstyle. I haven’t cut my hair in over a year, and I feel like a new person.
