The young lady working at the front desk was so disengaged, rude, and unhelpful that I honestly would rather go somewhere else. She made me feel as though I was bothering her and could not give me the time of day. Customer service is extremely important and if this is how you represent your business, I give it 1star and will take my business elsewhere."

"I was gifted a gift certificate for my treatment today and decided to indulge in a non-traditional treatment. I was super disappointed. It was the detoxification treatment - 1.5 hours for 195.00. I have had similar treatments elsewhere that I loved, but this treatment was very mediocre. It was literally a light loofa and scrub of the arms and legs - face up only, no hands, no feet, no chest, followed by a hot blanket treatment for 30 minutes and a washing off of the limbs and a moisturizer. I want to acknowledge that my provider, Ezra, was very attentive, skilled and professional, so this review is not about her, just the quality of the treatment she was trained to do. I could tell that the treatment was the deficiency, not the provider. At the least, this treatment should include the chest, and back/shoulders, or be combined with a massage after the detox. I was also surprised that there was only one toilet in the facility and no showers. For the prices being charged, there should be showers and at least 1 more toilet. I had to wait both times I had to go. I will say the staff were so friendly, helpful, and professional. I do not get to indulge in this type of treatment often, but have given and received my fair share, as I was a massage therapist 20 years ago. I would not ever choose this treatment again and feel that it was over-priced for the level of service. Me SPA needs to step it up."

"I love MeSpa - I go here for everything, nails, waxing, facials and massage. Services are excellent every time. Super clean and calming atmosphere makes this a great place to relax, alone or with a group. They have great attention to detail and I always leave feeling calm and refreshed."
