"I'm writing this on behalf of my mom who had a horrible experience in this office today. They were understaffed with only one dentist to attend to patients. My mom waited for the dentist to start her procedure but every time he would start, the office manager would call him away to help other patients. This went on for an hour at which point my mom got up to use the restroom. When she came back, the office manager, Marina, yelled at her to sit back down and threatened to cancel her procedure and all future appointments if she left. This was said in front of the front desk staff, as well. This sent my mom, who already suffers from dental office anxiety, to have an anxiety attack so bad that the dentist could not fully complete the procedure. I understand that this office is impacted because for many, this office is their only affordable option. However, this behavior on the part of the office manager is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable for people who fear going to the dentist. To threaten to take away a patient's care because of the office's mismanagement of time is unacceptable. To only refer to a patient as "the patient in that room" instead of by name is unacceptable. Unfortunately, she has to come back because she has no choice but I pray she does not receive this type of treatment again."

"The wait times here are ridiculous! I wanted to like this place due to the prices and location. The office is nice too, BUT the wait times are crazy! My sister’s braces follow up was at 10 am. We came early and have waited 2.5 hours since check-in. Still waiting. It was like this last month too. She will have to miss school because of this. If you come on a time crunch, or have work/school after - I don’t recommend this place at all."

"I've been coming to this location for 3 years and would highly recommend! Pauline has amazing bedside manner and was super efficient. The front staff is professional and all of the complicated stuff they've had to do with me has gone very smoothly. Thank you! Side note, sometimes the wait is long but its worth it. If you choose western dental or have to go through them go to this location!"
