"When I got a battery here for my vehicle, I was well treated, my battery was acting up and I went to check, but unfortunately the guy who attended to me was hostile and said some stuff's about the former guy who attended to me first time that was not nice...the former guy assisted to remove the old battery and fix the new one, the new guy took his magnanimity and kind gestures to mean too much and maybe that was why he's no longer working with NAPA...that was not a nice comment."
"Manny, Alex and Tony went way n beyond to help my family out. My battery died in my car and they seen I had warranty but no receipt n they went way n beyond to make sure we walked away with a new battery. Great customer service and helpful workers."
