"I came with a full tank of gas, they idle my car for the whole brake service 10am to 4pm. In this time period they only fixed rear brakes and speed sensor. Charged me over $1,200 for just the rear brakes and a speed sensor, not the front brakes. All parts double the cost of next door retailer Advanced Auto parts. Advoid this Location the Dealer is cheaper."

"The service was overall a poor experience. They stripped one of my bolts on my tire and forced me to pay for the replacement. I went for a simple tire balance and they failed to complete it without issue. Will not be coming back. The cashier was rude and unprofessional overall, do not come here if you’re looking for quality service"

"These guys are crooks! I just got new wheels elsewhere but there alignment machine was broken so I sent my wife to pep boys to get it done. They got it done but when it was back there they said front driver side axle was “leaking”. They quoted her over $600 and told her she needs to get it done within the next 90 days in order to get a free alignment under warranty. I changed the lower control arms on this car over the weekend. The car has 55k miles on it. I fully inspected those axles. When the new tires where installed yesterday the wheels were dry. My wife drove the car to pep boys and back home and now grease is all over the wheel and wheel well. The boot has clearly been sliced open with a knife. I’ve been working on cars my whole life and have heard of shops doing garbage like this but have never experience it my self. It cost me $60 dollars and 30 minutes to replace the axle. I will make sure every car I work on, I tell people to stay away from pep boys. I wouldn’t even send someone here for a oil change. Stay away!!"
