"Extremely rude. Avoid at all costs. 1. I came in for annual cleaning. I came in 10 min early to fill out forms. I waited over 20 min after the scheduled appointment time to receive a 5-min cleaning, which was not thorough because I still see tartar on my gum. 2. In the same appointment, the X-ray wasn't good enough so I had to come in the second time for additional xray photos for wisdom teeth. Good thing my insurance covered these; I wouldn't be happy if I had to pay for additional xray because they didn't take good ones in the first appointment. The second appointment, I had to wait nearly an hour! 3. I needed emergency referral and pre-approval for wisdom teeth extraction and root canal therapy. 2 weeks went by, I called the office to follow up. They hadn't sent the paperwork!!! My insurance said they could have submitted paperwork digitally over the insurance portal/website for quicker response. So I called my insurance to resolve. 4. I had to wait for 1-1.5 months after wisdom teeth extraction to heal before doing the root canal. Emergency referrals last only 30 days. Mine for the root canal expired. I called the office to submit a new referral. The office yelled at me and refused to do so. I called my insurance. They said they'd only need voice confirmation from the office that I need a root canal. Insurance called the office but office wasn't open so insurance told me to ask the office to call insurance for confirmation. I called the office and got yelled by the assistant. The dentist then called me the second time and yelled at me then hung up. They said they only work 15 hours/week during COVID and have a lot of patients to take care and don't have time to do the paperwork. They also said they didn't appreciate me calling my insurance to resolve things and push things to happen faster. Yikes. I do not recommend this office. Stay away."

"In my opinion, everything has changed in positive way. Dr. Duong is really patient and cares about the patient oral problem. She tried her best and gave me good advice to take care my oral health. The staff is are nice and enthusiastic about their work."

"This dentis is a Moron, an animal, it will damage your teeth to make you come back and later you will lose all your teeth. You must stop going to this animal, tell your relatives, friends and everyone you know. This dentist does a terrible job."
