"My experience with Ronald Steed and his office has been nothing short of excellent. I switched my coverage from Progressive about 10 months ago because Allstate offered nearly 3x the coverage for the same price. I've been particularly impressed with their DriveWise program, which rewards you for safe driving. You get issued refunds every ~6 months if you are a safe driver. My first refund was $60 and the second was $33. I mean, that's great! I thought it would be a mere $5. The incentives are substantial and feel really valuable and gratifying as a customer. Additionally, Ronald's office calls periodically just to check in—no sales, no impersonal scripts, they call just to see how I'm liking my coverage. They even called me just to say happy birthday. Personal touches like that really make a difference. Now, I've never filed a claim so I can't speak to that part of their services, but if it's anything like the experience I've had so far I am confident it will be top-notch."
