"I've been a customer and friend, yes friend, of this insurance agency since 1992 when Todd's dad was my agent. The first time I have had to use Todd's expertise came one month ago when my husband had an accident in his truck. From the first phone call to the last phone call I made to Todd last night, he was with me the entire process. Todd got the ball rolling with out auto claim within five minutes of me calling him and not one time did I have to call/checkup/or complain about anything that was happening with my claim. I am happy to say that the Allstate policy I have is worth every single penny and Todd is my single most favorite person in the world. "Allstate is a good company first of all I have no problem with them. however my life has been hectic so I started working with a financial company that helps me handle all of needs and after doing some pricing I actually decided to switch insurance carriers. The new agent helped me out by faxing my cancellation to Mr. Smith twice. This should have been open and shut but Mr. Smith decided instead of honoring the cancellation he wanted to have one more talk with me so he kept my policy in force trying to force the conversation. Like any good salesman he wanted to try and talk me out of changing but unfortunately my mind was already made up and between selling my house working 40 hours and having a new borne I did not have time to hear his sales pitch. He received notice April 24 and to date June 25th is still holding my policy hostage and auto drafting my account. I don't know Todd Smith but i know he cares more about his share of my policy than he does about ethical behavior or customer service. If he thinks he can beat the policy I currently have than he should have tried calling to save us some money during the years he has had our business instead of trying now. If he had a better price or better product he should have gotten to know us enough to know our needs and place us in the right product well before now."
