"I made an appointment for 12/29 as I wanted to use my dental insurance before year end. Arrived for my appointment, the building was locked and a sign saying they were closed until after the New Year. Really poor customer service. They did call my phone once and I missed it. They didn't leave axmessage or send a text. Wasted my time and wasted my insurance."
