"I went in for a root canal and was seen by dr Maritza de la nuez. She was very comforting and made me feel at ease (I’m a very nervous person) she did a very good job! Her assistants Cindy and Karla were also very respectful and attentive. They gave me all the information I needed."

"This office is disorganized and lacks basic communication skills to say the least. The doctor seemed unknowledgeable and spoke less than 5 words to me during my initial appointment. The male receptionist was rude and unhelpful at this appointment as well. My second appointment for my wisdom teeth removal was rescheduled to different dates twice. Then on the day of, they changed my appointment time without telling me so I showed up 1 1/2 hours early. The oral surgeon Dr. Ozder was unhelpful and rude. He didn’t review my x-rays until the day I was supposed to have my wisdom teeth out and then after numbing me he said they couldn’t do the procedure in this office and that I would have to go back to my dentist and request a new referral. Would have been nice if they told me sooner before I scheduled the appointment, or even just called me before the appointment date so I could cancel it and go elsewhere. I took two days off work to plan my wisdom teeth removal and I’m frustrated with the lack of care and diligence by this office."
