"I called Dr. Ko's office and left a detailed message saying I'd cracked a tooth and wanted to be seen. As soon as I hung up, I got a text message instructing me to respond via text describing in detail the reason for my call. I texted back that they should listen to my vm and get back to me. They returned my call a few minutes later. I voiced my irritation about being instructed to send a text repeating the info I'd already given. The receptionist explained that it's an automated system. She said she'd listened to my vm. I pursued it. Did she listen to the vm before or after my text? After. IMO, automated system or not, don't waste my time. I ended up NOT making an appointment because I don't want to deal with a clinic that is too lazy to answer their phone or is too lazy to listen to voice mail and get back to someone. Double work for the client so the staff can be lazy does not make a good impression about the care provided at the clinic."

Dr. Pledger whom she recommended for the implant part of the procedure was amazing as well and the crowns that Dr. Ok placed on the implants are absolutely beautiful.
