"Over the years, it can be easy to become accustomed to the good service a business offers and almost take them for granted. After all, we choose businesses based on the quality of service and return when they meet or exceed our expectations, right? Well…. I can never take Dr. Sheila Muller for granted and I am overdue in posting a public acknowledgement of just how great she is and how Riverside Dental Group has served my children so well. It seems like things just continue to improve upon service I could not have noticed any room for improvement in the first place. The staff are ALWAYS professional and kind. The service is ALWAYS as scheduled and never overbooked. Dr. Muller ALWAYS remembers, reviews, and reminds us of pertinent and personal things related to my children’s individual care. And I always see children who are relaxed, happy, and willing participants in their experiences at the two offices we’ve had appointments. The one time I saw a nervous child, he was handled with an abundance of caution and care and quickly overcame his nerves. I have never heard of a better place to in which I would entrust my children’s dental health, and I have no reason to go anywhere else even if I do. The Magnolia and Central offices are top notch, pedodontics and orthodontics."

"More lies from the billing staff. Unfortunately our list of insurance covered dentists in Riverside is extremely short. Dentists and hygienists seem fine but their billing staff are flat out liars and crooks. When Albert worked with us he charged our insurance incorrectly and then did his mistake was due to how “complicated” Delta insurance was. Then the office refused to give us back our money. Imagine a retailer doing that! Nope we will keep your money. Delta had to step in and ended up refunding us. Again different billing lady, she lied and said their office doesn’t do pre authorizations (lie), and they only offered the most expensive porcelain on porcelain crown option. I think my next step is filing complaints with insurance company and possibly the state board if dentistry."
