"Hairstylist Trina small Asian lady AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I had hip length hair, asked for a trim on my previous V cut, 2 inches only, said I do not want significant length taken off, just dead ends. I started to get concerned about half way through it felt quite short and I kept asking questions and clarifying my style request, ended up walking out of the salon in tears as she took about 8 or so inches off my hair. The front of it is nearly shoulder length and the back is to my shoulder blades. Very upset. & she was rude and gave attitude said “oh my god” under her breath when I spoke up that it wasn’t what I asked for then proceeded to act like she did no wrong. Didn’t even apologize or offer to make it right. Reaching out to management tomorrow (no manager was in store today) and looking into suing. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! THIS LADY SHOULD NOT HAVE A LICENSE!!"

"I asked for my hair cut straight across but this is what I got. They wet my hair but didn't blow dry it and it is so uneven."

"Went to get a simple trim but the stylist gave me a weird wolf cut shag haircut instead, completely messed up my hair after I had grown it out. Also cut the front part after I said I did not want bangs. Usually I show them the same picture and it always looks okay in the end but this was completely different from what I wanted and I wasn’t even shown how the back looked in full until I had gotten home."
