"This company has onerous policies increase healthcare costs for all. We have literally spent over 200K dealing with virtual card payments for 10 years. This company goes below and beyond by not allowing us to opt out unless we create a formal letter. Insurance companies like this sending virtual card payments require us to have 2 extra staff members to manually look through over 10K pages of mail a month that is received at our bank lockbox just to find them so we process them to receive the money owed to us as our bank will not process them from the mail. I highly recommend any employer to avoid doing business with this company and any company that engages in sending healthcare providers virtual card payments without first receiving consent i.e. an opt in. This is one of the reasons we all pay so much for healthcare because it drastically increases our cost to do business which means insurance companies allow more for our services which means consumers have to pay higher insurance rates to cover such onerous policies."
