"Been a member a long time, Good driver, no accidents-called several times to reach main office during business hours, NO answer had to leave a message - that was a wk ago, NO 1 has returned my call yet. Called also after hrs, if recorded phone calls is a joke= girl was so rude talked down to me like I don't understand English - Major issue with ALLSTATE-if I could change carriers I would, but they all SUCK Signed Stuck"

"The Owner's daughter, Helen. She called took my money from my account for my auto policy after I asked her not to until I was sure if I wanted to start doing direct deposit before the 25 of August. She went ahead and took an extra 69.85 out of my account without my authorization or knowledge. Then was on a Thursday and following Monday Helen took another 17.00 out of another policy. When I went to confront her, she was rude. Got in my face yelling and screaming, called the police on me. When she was the aggressor, I have never felt so humiliated in all my life. I left that branch. Please go somewhere else They are very unprofessional and rude. I filled a complaint with Allstate and the BBB on Helen"

"Please get other insurance. I got into 2 car accidents hit and run and they don’t do anything. Takes about 3 months for anyone to start on your care. And if you do they are all in Arizona which time is different. Please if anyone can refer me to a good insurance. Times are hard for me and so I have liability. Please do some research as I should of. But anyone has recommendations on liability insurance please contact me? Times are hard for me now and I can’t afford full coverage."

"I am loan officer, this is the worst insurance agency I have ever dealt with. I deal with agencies alot, to get proof of insurance, etc. This company is extremely unresponsive, they respond just when they want to. When calling them good luck with getting through to anyone and then good luck with actually accomplishing anything, no one is ever available. I needed to get proof of insurance for a client, just the information they already have, nothing needed to be changed. I am trying to fund a deal, they cant respond to email, return phone calls..ridiculous!! In 20 years in the business I cannot recall ever having such a situation with an insurance agent, they usually are pretty responsive. This company does not seem to care about their clients. The same thing happened with the same client when trying to get new insurance, I had to go to another agency because they did not respond to emails nor phone calls."
