"Best deal are one of their BarFly Memberships...totally worth it & every single time!"
"Excellent Blowout: I have had several great blowouts at this salon. I recommend Vivian, Julie or Naya (I have not had a blowout by Naya, but while I was getting my hair done, I watched Naya beautifully blowout someone's hair, so I will try to book with her in the future). I have never felt rushed and always leave satisfied. The "secret sauce" to my hair is: 1. Blowdry with brush 2. Rollers 3. Flatiron 4. Big curling iron 5. Final Call 6. Southern Belle 7. Money Maker The one time I left the salon and experienced frizz due to humidity in the air, the salon allowed me to come back on the same day for a re-touch. I greatly appreciated the salon extending this courtesy. Great front desk staff: Darla and Alex are professional and courteous. Kristin is very helpful and hospitable, quick to offer a beverage to ensure you are comfortable and enjoying the service. Parking: This is the only downside. There is metered parking close to the salon but it is almost always full. The alternatives are two parking garages within walking distance, which are completely fine, except in the event of weather. Despite this, this location deserves 5 stars."
"Unfortunately their hair dryer completely burned my hair. I can tell the difference when I go to drybar than when I go somewhere else with a Dyson or similar hairdryer."
"PROS: Okay, this place was so fun. Three of us got our hair washed & styled in the morning for a wedding that afternoon. Each of us had a wonderful stylist who was welcoming, funny, kind, and talented. We laughed and really enjoyed our time there and the results of our hair. Here's the rub: the reason I gave one star is because our hair did NOT last. So that actual 'product' that we purchased was basically non-existent within an hour . Two of us got a 'softer' blowout with more wavy curls that looked amazing in salon and then disappeared in the car ride back to the hotel. We expected it to last longer (we did our hair at 11am, and the wedding was at 4pm). I got a side braid added to mine, and I'm glad I did because otherwise, it would have looked like my totally normal straight hair by the time the wedding came. The one gal that got her style REALLY curly lasted a few hours longer before falling. Still, great location & staff & atmosphere ... just really disappointing that it didn't deliver what we wanted in the end."
"I've been frequenting various Drybars for over 10 years now and always regret coming to this location. Appointments always start very late, and hair always turns out subpar. The receptionist here is also incredibly unprofessional and rude. I wish Drybar management would intervene here."
