"I was looking for a new salon for hair highlights and I came in to see Heidi. I showed her the picture of my previous highlights, and she said no problem and said it will be $120 for the service. But when I checked out it was $150 before even leaving a tip, so I asked why was it more than what she quoted and she said because of a blow dry. Usually that’s included with the highlights so I was surprised and disappointed she did not tell me initially but I paid. My hair was not as blonde as I like it, but it was her first time so she said she’ll add more with my next visit. But at no time did she say it would be more money, I leave my lower nape dark and desire top highlights only. I came in three months later for a redo and she raised the price it to $200 which will not even include a blow dry. So I walked out and went to another salon in Culver City and they did it for $30 less including a blow dry. I felt Heidi was either taking advantage of me or was trying to get rid of me since I complained about her first highlights. She claims she is the manager but she is very poor at customer service."

"Aidi has cut my hair twice! She is great!! Super reasonable price - $50 I showed her a picture of the hairstyle I wanted: curtain bangs, U cut, light layers, and she did it perfect. Definitely recommend"

"HIGHLY recommend Perla! She worked a miracle on my hair. I'm from out of town and needed a haircut for a family reunion. I was nervous to go somewhere i have never been before. Additionally, my plan was to go from mid length short hair to short pixie hair, which is shorter than I've ever gone before. Perla spent a lot of time asking questions and understanding exactly what i wanted. Next thing i know I've got the BEST haircut of my entire freaking life. I've (regrettably) been talked out of a pixie by multiple hair stylists. "You'll look like a boy!" Is one I hear often. Perla had no such comments and actually seemed just as excited as me when we saw how the cut turned out! I wish that I lived around here so that i could come back more often! For now, the best i can do is leave this review."

"I have been coming to this salon for about 5 years , the service never fails ! Both Aide and Perla are super good at what they do . I love my hair coloring and highlights. I also have the Brazilian blowout done regularly . My children also get their haircuts here and they love it ! We are treated as family every rime we come . I wouldn’t go any where else . I highly recommend this hair salón!"

"Jackie does a wonderful job on my gel nails, she pays attention to detail and it lasts a few weeks. Aidee has cut and highlighted my hair and did a great job! My husband and son also get their hair cut there by the another women, who's name currently escapes me. I would recommend this place!"
