"Poor service. Ordered over $100 worth of items. Received a shipment 2 months later after finally speaking to the manager, had called them multiple times. 3 months later the final item has still not been received despite 2 text messages saying it had been delivered when in fact it has not been printed. Asked for a refund without any response. I have called multiple items about this item without good response."

"I'm giving 3 stars because we started off great with this company. They delivered beautiful work and everything was on time. I had no complaints. We were so happy with the items we received that we decided to purchase more! That was in July of 2021. They sent us an invoice and included the three extra items we ordered. Since then, all communication has stopped, I've reached out to every number on the website and no one has responded. I've sent countless emails, countless voicemails, and countless text messages. No response. Not sure exactly what happened but it's a shame considering the amazing quality of the items we did receive. I hope someone from the company reaches out to us soon. We are a non-profit and every dollar counts! If the items can't be made then at least have the courtesy to issue a refund."
