"A picture is worth a thousand words. This is the 5th time I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and try different people. Nails aren’t my specialty but some things seem so blatantly obvious to me. If you file a nail to a paper thin death, the gel won’t hold. If you accidentally cut someone once (let alone 3 times) acknowledge it and apologize. I’m not trying to be mean, picky, and/or unreasonable. I still tipped this guy $15. Paying $125 with tip for a gel mani/pedi. I hope they train their people a little better in the future. On the upside, he was VERY nice."

"As a frequent client here I am very disappointed by my last visit. I went in for a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. Days after receiving the service I developed an itchy rash on my feet (which I now know is a fungus from the pedicure) that has now turned into dark circles. I also have a bump on my eyebrow from the wax. I called today just to give them the heads up on sanitation but I was met with defensiveness instead of reception, which is unfortunate because most people would just sue. If you plan to come here please be sure the WATCH the pedicure bowl being cleaned! I used to really enjoy my experience here but nowadays it seems that they only care about seeing as many clients as possible."

"I recently visited the salon for a gel manicure, and unfortunately, I am not pleased with anything. The technician, Kani, was quite rude from the beginning and informed me that she didn't have time to properly remove my old gel nails. Instead, she used an electric file, which left my nail beds in a less than ideal condition. I was disappointed with the overall experience, as I expected a more professional and courteous service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business"

"Just started going there the last few months. Kevin is great. Service is good. You can drive all over the valley, some are very average. This place is reliable and prices in line with everyone else. Reception is very nice too."
