"Absolutely disgusted by the treatment of this office. Spoke with them many times about my insurance and asked them to confirm if they accepted it and when I show up the lady at the desk says it doesn’t cover a specific type of X-rays that has to be done for a basic cleaning. I don’t mind that, but why not tell me when I called twice in advance. Made me drive 40 minutes for NOTHING. I could have easily paid the amount for those X-rays but refused to because not only will I not come back but they will never make a cent from me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. VERY DECEIVING. The owner of this office should be ashamed to have such incompetent front desk staff. Baiting patients to pay. Well I’m not most patients and will find another dentist. Please people, don’t go here. If they can’t even be honest with you or transparent on the phone, what makes you think they’ll take care of your teeth? Disgusted!"

"Updated: I’ve since gotten a call from what appears to be a collection agency associated with the dental office that said I owed almost $1,500 in balance for services rendered more than a year ago. Not sure what has happened to the practice but I’m rescinding my prior recommendations. Hounding me for a balance that magically appeared nearly 2 years after my last visit is highly suspect and very disappointing. I’m pending a clarifying response to an email I sent to the office and all they have sent so far was an email with an attachment without any further explanation. After all the services I’ve had done at this place and to now get this treatment is baffling. It appears their admin or billing staff are entirely outsourced and out of touch. // New update: So grateful for Dr. Verdi's limitless kindness and expertise. Dr. Verdi was very attentive when I experienced unexpected nerve pain and immediately prescribed me medication to soothe me. She was able to do an impromptu procedure to open up the tooth to provide some relief and to open up the tooth prior to my endodontist referral which I was very fortunate to have from her (Dr. Harouni did such a wonderful, pain free job on my root canal!). I followed up with Dr. Verdi for my crown a couple days later and it took about 2 hours between x-ray, procedure, & same day crown creation which was remarkable to think of! Dr. Verdi has the calm and composure of a true expert in her periodontal speciality and I cannot recommend highly enough her services. Feeling so much relief and once again have Dr. Verdi to thank! *** Dr. Verdi and team do such wonderful work! Hygienist Audrina did my deep cleaning and had a very gentle and careful hand. She was very attentive and asked me if there was any pain throughout which was minimal especially with her guidance! Dr. Verdi handled my onlays after they had chipped off and was very expert in advising next steps if there was any complications. Dr. Verdi is so keen on the details and did such an artful job with my onlays and the outcome looked natural and cohesive! So far so good! I trust this dental office more than any other in the past. They are very straightforward with expectations and so far have delivered wonderfully. Also Nehemiah working the front desk is such a pleasure with scheduling follow ups and always responsive via phone or email. He also looked out for me when I was scheduling for my next procedure to take advantage of my current insurance coverage ahead of my insurance switch in March. Overall very satisfied with this dental office and even do not mind the parking garage fee Bc of the excellent service!! Thanks y’all!"

"Ignore the few negative reviews, while I can’t speak on other people’s experiences I can say that Doctor Verdi and her team treated me with the utmost care and respect as a patient. I came in to get my wisdom teeth taken out and Doctor Verdi was very professional in explaining the difference between a bone graft and a regular suture without being pushy on further offered services. She talked to me like an adult and not an uninformed person that someone was trying to take advantage of, she also took the time to explain what was covered by insurance, which procedures were absolutely necessary, and which ones could be skipped to save on my own out of pocket cost. For the wisdom teeth extraction I’ll give that a 9/10. I’m not going to lie and say it was completely painless but 3 out of 4 teeth came out super easy, I chose to save on going under and did it awake so that’s probably on me. The last one took hours and Doctor Verdi, her receptionist, and her lovely hygienist actually stayed hours past closing to finish the job. That last tooth really hurt because it was so close to the nerve ending, but Doctor Verdi’s hygienist was so attentive to any of my twitch pain reactions that I really couldn’t complain. She made sure I got my breaks in when I needed them. Aftercare has mostly been a breeze and I’m almost already talking normal and back to work within a day. I highly recommend Doctor Verdi and her team to anyone who is looking to get work done on their teeth. While the office doesn’t have some of the bells and whistles that some of the practices in the Hills do, it does come with a wonderful staff and people who seem to genuinely care about their patients before their profits. I will be returning in the future for my dental needs and recommending my friends as well."
